The next day, the Christkind awoke to find a letter from Santa Claus waiting on its desk. With a flutter of excitement, it opened the letter to discover Santa's feedback. As expected, Santa had skimmed through the details, focusing primarily on the executive summary and the highlights of how automation had increased productivity in the workshop.

Santa’s signature red ink proclaimed, “Excellent work, Christkind! I want to see more. Please prepare a presentation for me. Let’s discuss how we can incorporate these ideas into my operation.”
